Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping - UK

All items are handmade to order, and will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 48. You can expect to receive you order within 5-7 days, and will receive an email with proof of postage, where available, as soon as your item is dispatched, If you do need your item sooner, please contact me directly on info@penninehound.co.uk

If you require postage outside of the UK, please contact me directly at info@penninehound.co.uk to discuss individual postage rates and times.

Packaging

Your order will be packaged with care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, I aim to be as sustainable and affordable as possible, so I will not include any unnecessary packaging. However if you do require your order to be gift wrapped, please contact me at info@penninehound.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Cancellations Policy

If you decide to cancel your order prior to receiving a dispatch notification and a cancellation form will be sent, and refund issued where applicable.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 30 days from receiving your item to return and request a refund.

All returns are at the customers cost, and must be in unworn condition. 

You will be notified once the item has been received, and once it has been inspected for issues, a refund (or replacement if requested) will be issued where appropriate. The timescale for refunds reaching your account will vary depending on your card issuers own policies.
