The Pennine Hound - Conditions of Use

(Terms - Owner - You, the person purchasing an item made and sold by The Pennine Hound)

Thankyou for visiting The Pennine Hound. The following conditions apply to the use of the Website and by accessing the Website or placing an order through any other platform provided by The Pennine Hound, you agree to the conditions set out below.  If you do not agree with the conditions, you will be unable to use / access the website or place an order.

General Terms 

All orders are subject to acceptance, and availability. Most items are made to order and therefore subject to 5-7 business days make and delivery time. Times may vary depending on the chosen delivery method and responsibility for delivery remains with the service provider.

The Pennine Hound reserves the right to refuse any order.

Prices for items vary dependent on style, size and hardware requested, and all prices are clearly displayed on the Website. Prices may be subject to change at any time, however this will be clearly displayed. 

All descriptions and images are true and transparent, however colours may differ due to your monitor / screen resolution.

Disclaimer

All items are made to the highest quality and tested prior to dispatch. However, it remains the responsibility of the owner to regularly check the item for signs of wear and tear, and to replace when appropriate. 

All collars and leads are treated to ensure they are waterproof, however it would be prudent for the owner to renew this at times, and to ensure all items are cleaned and cared for appropriately.

By purchasing an item made and sold by The Pennine Hound, the owner accepts all responsibility for any incidents, accidents or loss.

Faulty / Damaged Items

The owner is entitled to a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt of their item, if the item is found to be damaged or faulty, for example due to hardware failure.  The item will be inspected to ensure that any damage or failure is not due to neglect or damage by the owner.

If an item is at fault, please consult the Shipping and Returns page for details on how to request a refund or exchange.  Requesting a refund / exchange will not affect your statutory rights and The Pennine Hound will act within the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - Sale of Goods.

Privacy & Safety

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, The Pennine Hound will only use the information you provide lawfully and in order to meet the obligations of sale. Any information you provide when ordering an item is kept private and is not shared with any third party.

The Pennine Hound values your privacy and will not sell, rent or loan any information you provide to any third party.

The Pennine Hound does not receive your financial information, this is held solely by the organization you select to process you payment.
